AML

The AML policy (Anti-Money Laundering) is aimed at detecting transactions related to terrorism financing, money laundering, and other illegal activities. The legalization of funds obtained through criminal means involves concealing their unlawful origin by converting them into money or investments that appear legitimate.

To ensure financial security and mitigate risks, some transactions may be temporarily frozen if the risk level exceeds 60%. If a transaction is frozen, the following information is required to unlock it:

* What is your employment status?
* What are the sources of your income?
* Through which channel did the funds arrive before you made a deposit from your wallet/platform? Please provide evidence from the deposit and withdrawal history of the sender platform to your wallet, from which you later made the deposit to our platform.
* What was the purpose of receiving the funds for the deposit to your wallet/platform? Please provide evidence of the withdrawal of funds from the sender platform to your wallet.
* If the funds were sent by a third party, please provide communication or correspondence confirming the receipt of the funds/payment.

Additionally, you need to provide the following documents:

1. A photograph of a document confirming your identity (passport or national ID), with clear images of all pages.
2. A photograph of yourself holding the document, in good quality.

After receiving all the requested data and reviewing your request, funds will be returned minus the network fee for the frozen currency. The average processing time for an AML request is 14-21 business days.
